At Clout Waves, we begin dedicating time, strategy, creative resources, and operational efforts as soon as a project starts. Due to the nature of our digital services, all payments are non-refundable once work has commenced. Refund Eligibility Refund requests made before any work has started may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Once onboarding, strategy, content production, editing, outreach, or any other agreed service has begun, no refunds will be issued. Exceptions Refunds may only be considered if: Clout Waves is unable to deliver the purchased service due to our own inability to perform; or A refund is required under applicable law. A change of mind, changes in business circumstances, or dissatisfaction that does not result from Clout Waves failing to deliver the agreed scope of work does not automatically entitle a client to a refund.
